My husband recently dubbed me "nutrition geek"! To my surprise, I kind of liked that :-). Here are some of my many roles: happy wife of Nathan, teacher to 5 precious kiddos and keeper (in-training) of our temporary dwellings. O, and did I mention that I love poetry and enjoy writing?
